THE BRIDGE CONFERENCE ROOM (up to 30 people)
$450 for up to 4 hours, available after 5:30pm.
$120 per hour from 8am – 10:00am.
Requests for afternoon meetings at $100 per hour can be made and are subject to limited availability.
HOUSTON CONFERENCE ROOM (8 people)
$300 for up to 4 hours, available after 5:30pm.
$70 per hour from 8am – 10am.
$850 available from 5:00pm until 10pm.
Requests for mornings from 8 – 10am for $300 can be made and are subject to limited availability.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Clients can purchase their own food and beverages and arrange catering and setup at their own cost. Referrals are available. Launchpad Huntington can arrange for all catering and setup at cost plus 20% fee. Arranged catering requires 25% deposit at time of booking with the balance paid in full 5 days prior to the event date. Deposit is non-refundable.
A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit exclusive of food and beverage is required at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to event. Cancellations with refunds require a 4-week notice.
